Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, where it is stored, and how to have it deleted.
This document is a good-faith draft and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel.
Data controller
Progix Inc. (NEQ 1181317117, Montréal, Québec, Canada), publisher of RijdSamen, is the controller for data collected through this site. Processing is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it targets people located in the European Union.
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no embedded social media.
It makes no request to any third-party server: fonts and images are served by the site itself. Your visit is not profiled, not resold and not shared.
What we collect, and only if you send it
The only personal data collected is what you enter yourself in one of the two forms.
“Request a demo” form: your name, your work email, the name of your group or site, and your role.
“Check my nursing home” form: your first name, the name of your site, your email, and optionally whether you have a car.
In both cases the page language and the address of the originating page are also recorded, for internal statistics only.
Why, and on what basis
This data is used solely to get back to you about your enquiry and to prepare that conversation. It is used for no other purpose, triggers no unsolicited prospecting, and is neither sold nor transferred.
The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, together with the legitimate interest in replying to a commercial enquiry addressed to us.
Where it is stored
Form data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). It is accessible only to the people handling your enquiry.
An email notification may be sent to our team when an enquiry arrives, using the delivery provider Resend. That notification contains the details you entered.
For how long
Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, for the commercial relationship that follows. It is deleted on your request, or once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, send us a request through this site; we reply within the periods set by the GDPR.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD / GBA), the competent supervisory authority in Belgium.
The RijdSamen app is a separate processing operation
This policy covers this marketing site only. Data processed in the app used by a site’s teams falls under a separate processing operation, governed by the contract with the employer and, on request, by a data processing agreement (DPA).
